About Stratify
You’ve been burned by a marketing company.
So has every contractor you know. They sold you impressions, sent you a monthly report, and left your calendar exactly as empty as they found it. We are an agency. We are not that.
The difference
We don’t run ads. We never have.
A marketing company sells you impressions, clicks and a monthly report. When the calendar stays empty the answer is always more budget or more patience, and the money is gone either way.
We do not buy media at all. There is no ad account, no creative, no impressions. We build a list of homeowners who should be replacing what you sell — property records, age of the roof or the equipment, storm history — and a person on our team calls them.
That is the entire mechanism, and it is why there is nothing to waste. You are not paying for reach on the way to a conversation. You are paying for the conversation.
It is also why the word agency is worth keeping. An agency is supposed to be accountable for an outcome you can count. We are.
How this started
We came from your side of the table.
Before any of this was a company it was a job. Knocking the door, sitting at the kitchen table, watching a homeowner decide whether to trust you — and driving home on the nights they didn’t.
That is the part most people selling to contractors have never done. They have never driven forty minutes to a house where nobody was home, holding a phone number somebody sold them twice. They have never had to explain to an owner why the lead package they bought produced three conversations and no contracts.
Stratify exists because that gap is the whole business. A lead vendor is optimising for volume they can bill. We are optimising for a rep sitting across from a homeowner who is expecting them and ready to spend — because we have been that rep.
It is also where the qualification standard came from. Ownership, service area, budget and timeline are not a form we fill in; they are the four things that, when one of them is missing, waste an afternoon you are never getting back. We check them because we have paid for not checking them.
How we work
Four things we will not bend on.
01
You get a person, not a ticket
No ticketing-system theatre and no account manager who relays messages. When something breaks you talk to the people who built it, usually the same day.
02
Numbers every week, good or bad
You see appointment counts, sat rates and what came off them. If a week was bad we tell you it was bad and what we are changing. Vanity dashboards are how marketing companies hide.
03
We say no
If your market will not support the volume, or your crew cannot service what we would book, we say so on the audit call. A client we cannot deliver for is worse than no client.
04
We only guarantee what we control
Appointment volume and the qualification standard, in writing. Not close rates, not installs. Anybody guaranteeing those is promising you something that depends on your reps, your pricing and your reputation.
The team
Small team. Direct line.
The people who scope your program are the people who run it and sit in the weekly review with you.
