If you fill in the audit form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, your trade, your revenue band, what you are interested in, and whatever you type in the message field.

Our server logs the IP address a submission came from. That is used to rate-limit the form so it cannot be hammered by a script, and for nothing else.

We use it to prepare for and hold your audit call, and to follow up about working together. That is the whole purpose.

We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not put you in a drip sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

The form is delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both process the data on our behalf in order to run the site.

If we start working together, your information moves into our CRM so we can run your program. We will tell you at the time.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

The only third-party content is the YouTube video on a case study page, and it is not loaded until you scroll to it. If you never reach that part of the page, YouTube receives nothing. When you do reach it the video loads and starts playing with the sound off, embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to what happens after that.

Audit enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
