The situation

What it looked like when we walked in.

Desert HVAC Pros had install capacity sitting idle and a schedule full of everything except system sales. They wanted booked replacement work in front of the person who sells it, and they wanted it before the season turned, not a quarter later.

What we ran

The work, in order.

01

Built a homeowner list across their service area, weighted to aging equipment.

02

Qualified every homeowner by phone — ownership, service area, equipment, budget — before booking anything.

03

Booked in-home appointments with the homeowner, not phone quotes, straight onto the advisor's calendar.

04

Booked the service and repair work alongside the install appointments rather than screening it into the bin.

What changed

The outcome.

Twelve booked appointments inside three weeks of kickoff. Four of them signed as installs and changeouts at roughly fourteen thousand dollars a ticket, and the remaining eight were service calls and repairs worth about ten thousand dollars together. Sixty-six thousand dollars sold, signed and collected before the engagement was a month old.

Three weeks, not three months

The speed is the story. Most demand programs ask for a quarter before they owe you anything; this one had twelve qualified homeowners on the calendar before week three was out, and money collected before the month was. Every one of them was an in-home appointment with the homeowner — not a phone quote.

The mix is the second story. The four installs carried the revenue, but the eight service calls and repairs kept the techs busy between them and added about ten thousand dollars of their own. A replacement campaign that books only replacements leaves the rest of the week empty; booking both is what turned this into a full schedule rather than four good afternoons.
