The situation

What it looked like when we walked in.

Liebler had a sales team that could close and no reliable way to keep them in front of homeowners. The gap was not talent, it was throughput — a rep who sits with four homeowners a week closes four homeowners’ worth of work, no matter how good he is. They wanted to know whether outbound could fill a calendar without burning money on people who were never going to buy, so they bought one package to find out.

What we ran

The work, in order.

01

Built a homeowner list across their service area, weighted to replacement-age roofs.

02

Called the list and confirmed ownership, service area, budget and timeline before booking anything.

03

Booked fourteen confirmed appointments straight onto their team’s calendar.

04

Rebooked the single reschedule ourselves rather than handing it back to their sales team.

What changed

The outcome.

Thirteen of the fourteen homeowners sat with a rep. The fourteenth rescheduled for a family emergency, which is the only reason this is not a clean sweep — and we rebooked her rather than writing her off. Five of them signed. That is just under six figures in new revenue against a five thousand dollar package price, from a single test. They did not ask for a report at the end of it. They asked for another package.

The number that actually matters

Fourteen appointments is a volume figure and volume figures are easy to inflate. The one worth looking at is five signed out of thirteen sat — a thirty-eight percent close rate on people who had never heard of Liebler a few weeks earlier. That is what qualification is for. Their reps did not close harder; they stopped spending afternoons in driveways where nobody was buying.

They did not ask us for a report at the end of the package. They asked for another package.
