From no website to $550,000 in tracked revenue

A startup roofing company with nothing — no site, no CRM, no pipeline. We built the whole operation and then filled it: 100+ replacement appointments, 30+ repairs, and over half a million dollars in tracked revenue.

The situation

What it looked like when we walked in.

Royal Ridge was a startup. Not a company with a bad website — a company with no website at all, no CRM, no pipeline and no way to take a job from enquiry to invoice. Most marketing companies would have sold them an ad budget on top of nothing and let the leads fall through the floor. There was no floor. Everything a roofing business runs on had to be built before a single appointment would have anywhere to land.

What we ran

The work, in order.

01

Built and launched their website from scratch — their first real presence anywhere.

02

Built out JobNimbus as their CRM: pipeline stages, automation and reporting that matched how they actually sell.

03

Built a homeowner list across their service area from property records and roof age, and called it.

04

Booked qualified replacement appointments straight into the calendar their team opens every morning.

05

Booked repair work alongside the replacement pipeline instead of letting smaller jobs go unworked.

06

Ran online sales directly, closing eight of them ourselves.

What changed

The outcome.

Over a hundred booked replacement appointments and more than thirty repairs, together producing over $500,000 in replacement revenue and another $50,000 from repairs and online sales. A company that started with no website and no CRM now runs on both, with a calendar that fills without anybody chasing it.

Why the build had to come first

Appointments are worthless without somewhere to put them. A booked homeowner who lands in a phone’s notes app is a booked homeowner you will lose. Building the site and the JobNimbus pipeline before the first call went out is why the hundredth appointment was handled as well as the first — the system was already there, and it did not need anyone to remember to use it.

The revenue nobody counts

The $500,000 came from replacements, and that is the number a roofer cares about. The other $50,000 came from thirty-odd repairs and eight online sales — work most companies treat as too small to chase. It is not small. It is a tenth of the business, earned from demand that was already there.

Stratify took us from chasing leads to a calendar that fills itself — 100+ booked appointments and $500K in roofing sales.
